FAQs – Everything You Need to Know About Our Stork Sign Rentals!
How soon should I order a stork sign?
We don’t take reservations for newborn storks in advance since babies have their own schedules! The best way to make sure you have a stork in your yard when you bring your little one home is to call us on the day the baby is born. We’ll do our very best to get a sign set up for you as soon as possible within 24-48 hours!
Do I need a traditional lawn for installation?
Yes, our signs need to be installed in a traditional lawn, which means a clear area of soil with grass on top. Unfortunately, we cannot place signs in the following areas:
🚫 Xeriscape, rocks, pea gravel, crushed granite, concrete, mulch, or flower beds
🚫 Raised garden beds, pots, thick landscaping, or packed soil used as a driveway
🚫 Public utility boxes, water mains, or any city/county/state-owned structures
We must be able to stake the sign at least 10 inches into the ground for stability. If you’re unsure about your yard, just reach out and we’ll help determine if installation is possible!
Where do you deliver?
We proudly serve Florida: Nassau County: Amelia Island, Callahan, Fernandina Beach, Wildlight, Yulee, 32034; Duval County: Jacksonville and River City
Georgia: Camden County: Kingsland, Kings Bay Base, St. Mary’s
How long is the rental period?
Each rental lasts for one week. When we pick up the stork, we’ll leave any keepsake bundles, sibling stars, or pet signs at your front door for you to cherish forever!
How much does a stork sign rental cost? Is there a delivery fee?
New Baby Stork Sign Rental: $110, which includes free delivery within 10 miles of our base location.
Delivery Fees:
- Within 10 miles: free
- 11-20 miles: $20
- 21-30 miles: $30
- Over 30 miles: call for availability
What about sibling stars, pet signs, or message signs?
Sibling Stars, Dog Bones, Cat Signs & Message Signs: $30 each (yours to keep at the end of the rental!).
Do you offer signs for twins, triplets, or more?
Yes! Each additional sign is discounted:
First sign: $110
Additional signs: $90 each
Parents and grandparents get to keep each personalized bundle, star, or cloud at the end of the rental.
Can grandparents order a stork sign too?
Absolutely! We love celebrating proud grandparents! The bundle traditionally reads: “Proud Grandparents of (Baby’s Name)” and includes the baby’s birthdate.
Where will you place the sign in my yard?
We always choose the best spot for visibility and perfect photo opportunities! However, we do have to work around things like: Tree roots, dry/hard soil, limestone under the surface, Utility boxes, sprinklers, landscaping features
If you have a specific location in mind, let us know when you order! If you won’t be home at delivery, you can mark your preferred spot with a visible tangible marker, and we’ll do our best to place it there.

What is your refund policy?
✅ Full Refund If:
✔️ You cancel at least 24 hours in advance
✔️ Extreme weather prevents us from setting up your sign
🚫 No Refund If:
❌ We can’t access a gated community due to a missing/incorrect gate code or denied entry
❌ The homeowner refuses the sign or requests early pickup
❌ A threatening pet prevents us from safely installing the sign
❌ Your yard does not meet the installation requirements (see above)
